RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our Standard
Recovori stands behind every product we sell. We offer a 30-day results guarantee — not a return window. If you use the Recovori LED Mask consistently for 30 days and do not see a meaningful improvement in your skin, we will refund your purchase in full.

30-Day Results Guarantee
To qualify for a refund under our results guarantee:
- Use the mask daily (or near-daily) for 30 days
- Contact us at hello@recovori.com within 45 days of your purchase date
- Share a brief description of your experience

We do not require photos. We do not require return shipping for results-based refunds. We take you at your word.

Standard Returns
If you wish to return an unused, unopened product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, we accept returns in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@recovori.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used and are past the 45-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow usage instructions

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time on your bank's end may take an additional 3–7 business days depending on your institution.
