Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
All Recovori orders ship from our US warehouse.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Carrier selection is made at time of dispatch.

Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@recovori.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us at hello@recovori.com. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure your order reaches you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Recovori is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@recovori.com and we will attempt to intercept before dispatch.
